“The villa is located in the Tremonti area on the hills of Cattolica. In colonial style, it is built in on three levels and perfectly integrated in the surrounding natural environment. The whole project meets the mood of the owner, who is a great entrepreneur in the Green industry. It starts with the use of themed wallpapers and the contextual choice of the graphic design identifies the whole villa from the kitchen to the living room, from the head of the bed in the master bedroom to the restroom. In the garden outside there are trees of different species around a lake and linked by a chestnut trees pergola to a bio swimming pool with a breathtaking view.”.
